Account Deletion

Gruhini Foods (operated by Cloudeon Tech Private Limited) lets customers delete their account and personal data directly from within the app, at any time, without contacting support.

1. How to Delete Your Customer Account

1. Open the Gruhini Foods app and sign in as a Customer.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period, and no need to email or call us first.

2. What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your customer profile:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your saved delivery address

3. What Is Retained

Records of orders already placed (item list, order total, and order status) are kept after account deletion, separately from your deleted profile. We retain this order history for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes, and to investigate fraud or payment disputes if they arise. This data is not linked to an active account once you delete it, and is not used to contact you.

4. Shop Owner & Admin Accounts

Shop Owner and Admin accounts are not self-service deletable in the app yet. To request deletion of a Shop Owner or Admin account and its associated data, contact us using the details on our Contact Us page.
