These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gruhini Foods mobile application and website (together, the "Platform"), operated by Cloudeon Tech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in India with its registered office at 12-1-287, 2nd Floor, Road-2, Anand Nagar, Nagole, Hyderabad, Telangana 500068, India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Platform

Gruhini Foods is a marketplace connecting customers with home-based sellers of snacks, sweets and pickles. Products are prepared and fulfilled by individual shop owners listed on the Platform.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Platform are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is only confirmed once payment has been verified.

3. Order Acceptance

After payment verification, an order is passed to the relevant shop owner for acceptance. A shop owner may decline an order (for example, due to stock unavailability), in which case you will be refunded in full — see our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

4. Product Information

Products are homemade and may vary slightly in appearance, size, and quantity from the images shown on the Platform. We work with our shop owners to keep listings accurate and up to date.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when placing an order (name, phone number, delivery address) and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
