This Privacy Policy explains how Cloudeon Tech Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Gruhini Foods mobile application and website (the "Platform").

1. Information We Collect

Your name, phone number, and delivery address, provided when you create an account or place an order
Order details: items purchased, order value, and order history
Payment confirmation details (transaction/payment ID) — we do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials; these are handled directly by our payment processor, Razorpay
Basic technical information (device/browser type) needed to operate the app reliably

2. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfil your orders, including sharing your name, phone number, and delivery address with the relevant shop owner so they can prepare and deliver your order
To verify payments and communicate order status updates
To provide customer support
To improve the Platform and our product offerings

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. We do not store your full card or bank account details on our systems. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how it handles payment data.

4. Location Data

When you tap "use my location" to fill in your delivery address, the app reads your device's GPS coordinates and sends them to the Google Geocoding API to convert them into a readable street address. This is entirely optional — you can always type your address manually instead. Your coordinates are used only for this conversion and are not stored by us beyond the resulting address.

5. Data Storage & Security

Order and account data is stored using Supabase (a secure, encrypted database and storage provider) with access controls in place. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary order/delivery details with the shop owner fulfilling your order, payment details with Razorpay to process payment, and (only if you use the "use my location" feature) your GPS coordinates with Google's Geocoding API to look up an address. We may disclose information if required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us — see our Contact Us page. Sharing your device location is always optional and can be declined or revoked at any time in your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
